Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 September 2026
Match Manager is an app that helps junior football clubs run match days, track fair play time and communicate with families. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
- Accounts are for adults (18+): coaches, club staff and parents/guardians. Children do not hold accounts or use the app.
- Keep your details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
2. Clubs and roles
- A club on Match Manager is administered by its own club manager and staff. What you can see and do depends on the role your club gives you.
- The club controls its data — teams, fixtures, stats and its communication settings (for example whether families may post photos).
- Information about a child (name, jersey number, playing time, optional photo and date of birth) is entered and controlled by the child's club and their own parent or guardian. Clubs and parents are responsible for having the right to enter that information.
3. Acceptable use and content
- Chat messages and photos you post are yours, but you give the club and us permission to host and show them inside the app as the service requires.
- No abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate content — this is a children's sports community. Club staff may remove any content, and every member can report a message or block another member from their own view.
- We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or endanger the community.
4. Subscriptions
- Match Manager is paid for by clubs, never by parents. A club plan covers a season for the whole club and includes a number of player slots; extra slots are sold in packs. The price is shown clearly before a club subscribes.
- New clubs may try the app first: each team gets a number of free match days before the club chooses a plan.
- A club can cancel any time; paid seasons already started are not refunded.
- If a club's plan lapses, staff lose the ability to start new match days and events, but existing data remains visible — we never hold a club's data hostage. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice to the club.
5. The service
- Match Manager is under active development (currently distributed through beta channels). Features may change, and occasional interruptions can happen.
- We provide the app "as is" to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Match Manager is a record-keeping and communication tool. Clubs remain responsible for their own activities, including supervision and safety at training and matches, and for their own decisions about team selection and playing time.
6. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Ending things
You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. Parents can unlink from a child in the app. We may close accounts that breach these terms.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. Questions: xrai.studios.1988@gmail.com.
