Delete your whole account

Email us from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted:

We will confirm by reply and delete the account within 30 days. Deleting your account removes:

• your login, name, email and phone number;
• your links to any children (a parent's link is removed, the child's club record stays with the club);
• your chat messages and photos, and your push notification registrations.

Match records the club keeps — results, line-ups and playing time — belong to the club and are not removed when a coach or parent deletes their account.

Delete some of your data instead

Email the same address and tell us what to remove — for example a photo, your phone number, or a child's date of birth. Parents can also unlink from a child at any time inside the app, and remove their own messages and photos from the team chat.
